Brow Lamination Trio

The Brow Lamination Trio contains:

• Step 1: Lamination Lotion 
• Step 2: Brow Fix
• Step 3: Repair Rescue 

Method of application:

Step 1: Lamination Lotion

Once the brow hairs are secured in the desired direction apply a thin layer of Lamination Lotion using a lash pick or lint free applicator and leave for up to 5 minutes. Applying cling film to the eyebrows is optional – this will warm the area and accelerate the process. You may need to reduce or increase the processing times accordingly depending on:

• If the client has very thin, fine brows leave for 3-4 minutes
• If the client has natural healthy brows leave for 5-6 minutes
• If the client has thick coarse brows leave for 7-10 minutes

Please note if your client has their brows tinted prior to the lamination procedure, lamination lotion may lighten hairs. It is for this reason we tint during the fixing process.

Remove Lamination Lotion using a lash pick or clean lint-free applicator in the direction of hair growth. Do not use water.

*Lamination Lotion will have a relaxing and softening effect on the structure of the eyebrow hairs. Prior to applying the Fixing Lotion take the opportunity to ensure hairs are sitting in the desired direction.

Step 2: Brow Fix

Apply Fixing Lotion to the brows using a lash pick or lint-free applicator. If you do not wish to tint the brows during the Brow Lamination process leave the Fixing Lotion on for a total of 10 minutes before removing.

If you wish to tint brows during the Brow Lamination process, apply an even layer of Lash Lift Fixing Lotion to brows and leave on for 2 minutes. Applying cling film to the eyebrows is optional – this will warm the area and accelerate the process.

You will then use a brow colour mix 1:1 (1 part fixing lotion to 1 part tint) and apply evenly to brows for the remaining 8 minutes. When you are tinting during the Brow Lamination process you must be careful not to apply too much tint to the surrounding area, paying close attention to the hairs only. You may need to reduce the processing times accordingly depending on:

• If the client has very thin, fine brows leave for 3-4 minutes
• If the client has natural healthy brows leave for 5-6 minutes
• If the client has thick coarse brows leave for 7-10 minutes

Once the tint has been applied use a damp cotton bud to clean the skin around the eyebrows without going too close to the hairs. This will prevent the tint from staining the skin.

*If you are using Henna as your tinting method, please allow up to 48 hours after the brow lamination process.

Remove the Fixing Lotion with a lash pick or lint-free applicator. If there is any remaining tint visible on the skin use a very slightly damp cotton pad to gently cleanse over the area. You have to be very careful not to use a cotton pad that is oversaturated because any exposure to water 24-48 hours  after treatment will cause the brows to drop.

Step 3: Repair Rescue

Repair Rescue is an intensive leave-on serum for eyelashes + eyebrows. It has a deep moisturising effect and is designed to restore the natural health of eyelashes + eyebrows. Apply Repair Rescue to the entire brow from root to tip using a mascara wand or Y shaped lash tool and leave on. This will ensure brows stay nourished and perfectly sculpted.

Ingredients include:

Hydrolyzed Corn Protein – provides numerous benefits for the hair, especially damaged hair. It has been proven to significantly help hair that has been chemically treated in lash lift and brow lamination procedures.

Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein – nourishes and softens hair while giving it a voluminous appearance.

Hydrolyzed Soy Protein – increases shine, smoothens and strengthens hair fibres.

All Mimic Brows Brow Lamination products must be used within 6 months of opening. However, to achieve the best possible result for you and your client it is recommended that Mimic Brows Brow Lamination products are used within 6 months of manufacture and within 3 months of opening. The recommended guidance of ‘use within 6 months of opening’ would not apply if the products were purchased months previous and left unopened for a long period of time. This would jeopardise the quality and efficacy of the product. Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase and any issues with products must be flagged immediately once orders are received. Mimic Lashes will not be held accountable for ineffective products that were purchased and not flagged as ineffective within the 7 day period.
